Building work for the Hall and adjacent classrooms started in November 2017.

The Demountables which had been at the front of the school near Crebert St since 2008 were moved to the carpark next to St Dominic's to make room for the excavation and building. They were placed to look out over St Columban's playing field.

The basketball/netball courts were resurfaced and a Futsal court constructed.

Relocating the demountables

The hall building started in January 2018, and finished at the beginning of 2019. The first time it was used was for the Open Day on 4 April 2019.
