2026 Year 7 Enrolment Timeline 

Applications for Year 7 open one year in advance of school commencement.

Round 1 (Priority Round)

• February 17: Enrolment opens
• May 9: Round 1 applications close
• May 21: Round 1 enrolment offers sent to pathway students and siblings
• May 28: Round 1 enrolment acceptances due – pathway students and siblings
• May 29: Round 1 enrolment offers sent to non-pathway students
• June 6: Round 1 enrolment acceptances due – non-pathway students

Round 2 (Ongoing Placements)

• May 10: Round 2 applications open
• June 7 – Dec 19: Offers are made on a rolling basis as places become available

2026 Year 11 Enrolment Timeline

• February 17: Enrolment period opens
• May 23: Applications close
• June 6: Enrolment offers and course lines sent
• 20 June: Enrolment acceptances due

Please ensure your application is complete with all supporting documents and information by the closing date.

To complete your application, please provide the following enrolment support documents:

Required:

• Birth Certificate
• Two documents verifying residential address (e.g. utility bill, rates notice, driver’s licence, Centrelink statement, car registration)
• Immunisation History Statement

If applicable:

• Religious sacramental certificates – Baptism and/or Confirmation
• Passport or Australian Citizenship
• Visa
• Family Court Orders
• Academic Report
• Latest NAPLAN report

Step 1: Submit Your Application
Complete our online enrolment application form and upload all required supporting documentation before the closing date. Required documents include birth certificate, immunisation records, and proof of address.

Step 2: Application Assessment
Our team will review your completed application and contact you to schedule a welcoming meeting with our School Principal. This allows you and your child to learn more about our school community.

Step 3: Confirmation and Acceptance
Applications are carefully assessed according to the Catholic Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle Schools Enrolment Policy. Successful applicants will receive a formal offer of enrolment. To secure your child’s place, an enrolment acceptance fee will be required.
