Student Services
Located in the Administration building, Student Services is an essential part of San Clemente College community and can be accessed at anytime during the school day.
Students can access:
- Signing in and out of the school.
- Assisting with student first aid and medical needs.
- Ensuring the wellbeing of students by directing them to relevant classroom, personnel or resources.
- As a valuable source of information regarding school events/excursions.
- With paperwork relating to assessments or special considerations for classwork.
- Assisting students with their timetables.
- Managing student mobile phones in accordance with the Mobile Phone Policy.
- Overseeing the handling of lost property.
- Facilitating the collection and replacement of ID Cards/Reset Cards.
- Addressing IT matters by directing students to the Library for support.
- Managing Carpark/Driving Student Agreements for future Year 11 students in 2026.
- Processing ‘Application for Leave Forms’ for students.
- Contacting parents and vice versa.
